Resistance Training

Is just using your body weight against you. While you can use weights, you don’t have to.

I personally enjoy Pilates when I do resistance training. Blogilates with Cassey Ho on YouTube is my favorite.

  • Build bone and muscle strength

  • Improve posture and balance

  • Improve mental and hormone wellbeing

At the gym or at home, there are many workouts you can do to feel great!

Here are some to get you started:

  1. Plank (do one or all four variations)

  2. Squat pulses

  3. Calf raises

  4. Pushups (if you can’t do them on the ground, do them up against a wall)
