Back Yard Yoga
No mat required.
This time of year, I try to be outside as much as I can! One of my favorite things to do when the mornings are warm, is yoga outside on my lawn or back porch. If I do a sequence on the lawn, I don’t worry about a mat because it is a great time to ground yourself and activate the sensory nerves in your feet.
I choose mornings because, to me, it is the most peaceful time of the day. By all means, do what you feel or is most convenient for you.
The sequence I have posted here is a smooth transition for a morning routine. It wakes up the muscles and gets circulation going through your body. Do this three times through and enjoy your time out in the summer sun.
