I love seeing people come into our office looking for help, being curious about their own health, taking control of their concerns and doing something about it! Chiropractic has shown me how important it is to take care of your nervous system, as we only have one, so treat it well. If you have a high functioning body, HEALTH IS THE RESULT, and chiropractic can get you there. I love seeing how healthy people become happier as they are able to SHOW UP for themselves and the one’s they love.

Everyone has a health story. During your first visit, we dive deep into your story learning about your history, health concerns, and your goals of care. Not only do we listen to your history, but we then take an analytical approach using state of the art technology to assess your posture and nervous system function. After your first visit, we will review the results of your nervous system efficiency and physical evaluation, and compare them to your history. From there, we will together discuss the best plan of action to reach your health goals.

I enjoy seeing all ages! Whether they be brand new to this world, pregnant mothers, entrepreneurs, weekend warriors or enjoying the retired life, I can provide the tools for the whole family to have a thriving future.

She believes movement is medicine and that physical activity is not just about achieving a certain physique, but about nourishing the body and mind. Her focus is on supporting individuals in creating sustainable lifestyle changes and long-term habits over quick fixes. Overall, her approach is compassionate and inclusive, aiming to empower individuals to find what works best for them on their path to health and wellness. Samantha is certified as a 500 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) through Transitions School of Yoga and as a Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
