How often do I get adjusted?

We get this question, in the office, a few times a year. Here are some guidelines based on your personal health goals.

Pain Relief

Your scans are your guide here. Once you are out of pain, wait until your next Nervous System scan. If your nervous system shows instability, your pain will most likely come back. If your nervous system is stable, we can reduce the number of visits you come in for and we will see how well your body can hold an adjustment.

Cycle Caution:

The cycle of come for adjustments, getting pain relief, and stopping care. We do not see people get long term health benefits from this cycle.

Maintenance

You aren’t in pain, your nervous system scans are stable, and you are wanting to know when you should come in. We still advise you to come, at the very least, one time per month. This is ideal for you and for us to do a check-in on your body.

If at any point, in-between appointments, something feels off or you’re in pain please come in. Don’t ever let yourself sit in discomfort. Especially if you have been experiencing high stress, can’t sleep, or if you were in an auto accident or fell on the ice.

Wellness

This can look very different person to person. For my personal wellness, I am adjusted twice a week. I strive to thrive and being adjusted twice a week keeps me at the top of my game. Others might be thriving at one time per week, or every other week. It all depends on you and your body. Listen to it as a guide.
