Maple Dijon Dressing

I’ve used this in salads, but it is also delicious as a baked carrot glaze

 Ingredients:

1/4 c water 

2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 

3 tbsp. maple syrup 

5 tsp. ground mustard seed 

Instructions: 

Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl  

 whisk until smooth. 

 or blend until smooth 

 store it in the fridge for up to 5 days.  

Chili Almond Salad Dressing 

In the mood for an Asian dressing?  

 Ingredients:

1/2 c raw almond butter 

2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice 

1 tbsp. coconut aminos 

1 inch piece of ginger root, peeled and chopped 

1 garlic clove, minced 

1 Medjool date, pitted 

1 tbsp. serano pepper, finely diced 

dash of cayenne pepper (optional) 

1/3 c water 

Instructions: 

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 

Pour your desired amount of dressing on your salad and store the rest in the fridge. 

 It will stay fresh for 3-5 days. 

Crazy Easy Raw Ranch Dressing 

This is a great dip for a veggie tray or as a salad dressing 

Ingredients: 

2 c raw cashews (soaked in water for 2 hours then drained) 

1/2 tsp. sea salt 

5 cloves garlic 

3/8 c raw apple cider vinegar 

1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice 

1/4 tsp. onion powder 

1 tbsp. dried parsley 

1/8 c finely chopped dill 

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients, except the dill, in a blender until you get a smooth consistency. 

Then stir in the dill 

Store in refrigerator for 3-4 days
